Feature · Function sheets (BEO)
Every function sheet, read for the kitchen.
Upload the PDF pack from sales. Flambeo reads each booking day for the kitchen only – menus, covers, timings, rooms, diets and allergens – and when a new version arrives, shows exactly what changed.
From the sales pack to the pass.

Each day becomes a kitchen-only draft. A person checks it; nothing goes out unseen.

Publish to the outlets
Banqueting, pastry, the bistro: each gets the sheets that concern it, with a notification.
Only the part the kitchen needs.

Before you upload the first pack
What is a BEO, or function sheet?
The banquet event order – in the UK and Europe often a function sheet – is the document sales sends for each event: menu, covers, timings, room. Flambeo turns it into the kitchen's version.
Does anything go out without a person checking it?
No. What the AI reads is always a draft. A lead or admin checks and publishes it.
What happens when sales sends a new version?
Upload it again. Flambeo shows what changed, for example 180 → 210 covers, and tells only the outlets it concerns.
Which languages?
The app and its notifications are in English and Hungarian.
